First get all your ingredients together and be like "Ay oy, let's do this thing. Fuggedaboutit".
Slice all your lemons super thing. I suggest using a Mandolin but a steady hand can cut these as well.
Flip, Spin, stretch your dough. Sprinkle flour or cornmeal on cookie sheet or pizza peel. Put your dough on a cookie sheet or pizza peel.
This should make roughly a 14 inch pizza (medium thickness)
Using a small ladle add your creme fresh in a spiral on the dough. Start from the center and spiral out.
Liberally ad your shredded cheese.
Add your salmon covering most of the pizza.
Add lemon slices.
Add Capers to taste.
Pop in to your oven at 500º for 7 minutes (turn halfway) cook for another 7 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
Let cool for 1 to 3 minutes before slicing.
Slice it up and get ready to Brunch Out!
Add green onions
Add little dollops of cream cheese
top with Arugula in Lemon Sauce
Top with Avocado
Pair with Mimosa's and a New York attitude!
