Game Streamers: Are you ready to go mobile? Have your previously? (let us know in the comments)

The social network entered the game streaming ring almost 2 years ago now and they continue to make big waves with big-name streamers joining them, new features and now this…

Facebook is taking Pre-registrations on Android for a Facebook Gaming mobile app launch on Monday. More people are gaming and streaming since they’re staying at home orders, and Facebook is hoping to make major waves in new streamers by jumping on the mobile bandwagon.

While more and more people have time to game, and mobile allows for gaming whenever and where ever that are some things to keep in mind when doing mobile streaming.

For those of you using the built in camera on top of your game play, keep in mind a comfortable game play position maybe not be the same as good viewer angle

Mobile devices are well, mobile – you’ll be susceptible to battery life, wifi or cell range (walking and streaming could result in loosing your connection)

A lot of mobile devices are going to struggle to keep up with playing CPU intensive games like PUBG, Fortnight, etc adding streaming on top of this and you may find your device failing

While a desktop experience is always going to give you more power and control, opening yourself up to mobile streaming will give you more opportunities to stream
