So today a link came across my facebook feed, for some random enough waste of time that I clicked. I was then greeted with this:

That_s some bullshit

apparently it got 3600+ people curious enough to fall for their trick. I abstained. I don’t care enough to see the same regurgitated reaggregated list content that I’m sure I’ve seen already.

yololyo.com you can go east a dick. This is some bullshit!

There page starts you off ONLY with advertising, you scroll down to get to the mere promise of content and then have to give away your opinion before it can even be won over. I’m honestly shocked by how many people this did work on.

Don’t let sites get away with this, locking content for a like? That’s unethical. you want to try and charge a subscription fee go for it (I mean, it’s not gonna work, but that’s cool). You want to riddle your pages with ads? Fine, I can block most of those out anyway.

You want me to tell you I like your content before I’ve seen it? There’s a place in hell for you next to Hitler.
